This is the classic balisong BM42.
It is made by Benchmade company from U.S.A. Benchmade is a small number of U.S. production of butterfly knife.
Their design quality has been impressive since long time ago.
這把蝴蝶刀中的經典 BM42
是由美國蝴蝶牌公司所製造，他是美國少數製作蝴蝶刀的公司
在製作蝴蝶刀的設計品質上很早就已經令人印象深刻。
The blade shape is practical Weehawk . The material is 154CM stainless steel.
154CM is an American steel. The hardness is aout 60HRC. Even so, it is is still tough enough, rather than fragile.
154CM is one of the Benchmade specify the materials used.
刀刃的部分採用實用的Weehack形狀，材質是154CM不鏽鋼。
154CM不鏽鋼是一種美國的鋼材，硬度約為60HRC，即使硬度如此高仍然具有足夠的堅韌度。
154CM是也美國蝴蝶公司指定用的材料之一。
The handles are milled titanium and feature a skeletonized frame style. It provide you great grip feeling.
Besides, there are all satin finishing around the handles. It is very hard to done this.
Whole processing must use the robotic arm. Therefore, the satin line will be completely obedient to the surface.
手柄的部分是由整塊純鈦合金銑削而成，有著特殊造型的簍空設計，增加握感。
除此之外，整個手柄的表面都有做髮絲處理，而在這種曲面下所完成的髮絲處理不是一般工廠可以辦到的，而是全程要用機械手臂一個一個去加工，這樣髮絲線才會完全服貼表面。
The 42 also has a titanium spring latch to secure the knife open and closed.
The latch has a spring to keep it open- it won't bump and scratch your handle while you play with it!
Benchmade holds the patent of the latch in the United States.
The latch is milled of titanium too. This is quite a waste of material process.
However, it can provide the highest texture.

BM42 is absolutely the classic design. No matter the length or weight are very good to play it.
Compare with China one, those are always too heavy (tin) or too light (aluminum).
BM42是相當經典的設計，他不論長度、重量都相當好甩。
相較於一般市面上的大陸製蝴蝶刀，42的重量116g剛剛好，再拋接的時候慣性都足夠。
不會太重丟不起來，也不會因為太輕沒有慣性。

Unfortunately, the classic BM42 has been discontinued for a while.
BM62 substitute for BM42. BM62 is all steel without spring latch.
Due to the material is too exclusive, BM42 is not so cheap. The price is around 250~260 USD.
現在可以找到的價位大概在260~280美金左右。
Balisong is not totally legal in every states. I do not propose to carry it to every here.

取而代之的是BM62，材料是全不鏽鋼，沒有彈簧扣
由於BM42所使用的材料都太過高級，每年原物料上漲，蝴蝶公司都會調整價格
